I have an older video with me making kefir on my older channel and it is pretty popular but the biggest complaint was how I was pronouncing the name and the fact that I was using metal. People want kefir with no metal. I wanted to make kefir with no plastic. I found a way to make kefir with unbleached cheesecloth. With the cheese cloth I am able to strain the curds and whey. You can make kimchi and sauerkraut with kefir whey. I make kefir smoothies and kefir yogurt. Check it out.

 lets it be used as an ingredient. The FDA sucks. Can't wait until I can stand the taste of kefir w/o sweetener but I think that is a long time coming. Lol.

On my second batch I decided to put my Kefir in milk so I could make smoothies, I let it set out for 48 hours but have found it is a little strong. How did you make your first batch of Kefir with the milk & the grains? Help please!
